What area can be treated with Laser Hair Removal?

Can you treat all types of hair?

Laser light cannot treat blond, white, red or gray hair as these hair types lack melanin for absorbing the light energy. Our providers will evaluate during consultation if you are an appropriate candidate.

Is the treatment safe?

Our laser technology effectively destroys the hair without harming the surrounding/adjacent skin. As with all medical procedures there is a slight degree of risk, and our providers can discuss this with you during your consultation.

What should I expect after the treatment?

Immediately following your treatment, the area may appear a bit red and swollen. Three to seven days after treatment you may experience what seems to be re-growth of hair. Actually, most of these hairs are being shed as a result of your treatment, and are not re-growing. Between treatments you should not wax or pluck your hair, but it is okay to shave.
